Sampled on tap on 8/11/2012. This wild ale pours a dark brown color from the tap. Medium sized beige head. The aroma is dark fruit, a touch of chili, sweet and tart. A medium bodied wild ale. The malts are fruity, chili and tart. The hops are earthy. Mild carbonation. A touch of chili, some malt, some yeast and some tartness, all nicely balanced. An interesting beer. A touch of chili in the finish. Mouthfeel us full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
