This easy drinking beer is all about the malts with the hops taking a back seat. The use of English floor malted barley lends this ale its earthy, malty aroma and flavor. Hints of caramel and raisin from the specialty grains are balanced by a subtle bitterness and dry finish. Have one sip, enjoy the journey, and repeat.

Usually an over-contstrained style I'm not a huge fan of, and this was no exception. Nothing bad about it...light toasted malts, carmel and slightl raisin with a very low hop bitterness. Slightly watery. Decent for the style, boring style.
