Suited perfectly to the Aussie climate, the Tradewind is a hoppy twist on a classic pale lager. Brewed using a clean German lager yeast and seamlessly paired with the passionfruit and citrus flavours of Australian Galaxy hops, we have ‘breathed’ new world life into an old world style.

500ml bottle(bottled 9 days ago) into shaker. Aroma of passionfruit, grass, ’juicy fruit’, touch of vanilla. Hazy yellow beer with solid white head. A few tiny bubbles ascend. Light body, taste is flat and hollow. Finish is nutty, salty, weak fruit cordial. Flavour becomes more rounded as it warms, not sure this is a good attribute for a lager but it certainly adds interest. Hoppy and atypical lager.
