Black colour (or very dark brown), nice white head. Vineous nose, plum, some alcohol and coffee. Also caramel is there. Flavour quite the same. It lacks roast completely, and has some kind of sweetish bitter weird flavour along. Otherwise great but the sweetishsour thing ruins it. Also the lack of roast was a disappointment.

dark black colour and almost no remaining foam; black chocolate and licorice with solid notes of alcohol and cold coffee; oily and thick but not too much, a touch of late sourness gives it a good balance; long espresso and licorice aftertaste - a solid, robust yet easy to drink imperial stout

Opaque black with a rich, firm light-brown foam. Complex aroma of of chocolate and roasted malts, notes of grass, molasses, smoke, all-spice and almond. Hints of cheese and tar? Elegant and surpringly mild flavour of milky chocolate, roasted coffee beans, pepper, nuts and grass. Long well balanced aftertaste of almond, chocolate and grass. Notes of tar, cheese and black pepper as the beer warms up.
