Pours clearish amber with a good ivory head. Aroma presents tart pomme and stone fruit plus a raw malt undernote. Flavor delivers sweet and tart stonefruit and pomme with a citrus hint, and raw malt. Texture gives good body and peppy fizz. Those Spaniards know their beer!

Bottled@omhpertasting. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, tart wood, some mild sweetish notes as well. Flavour is tart wood, some sweet fruits, mild wooden notes as well as some slight sour notes as well. Pleasantly balanced and a rather pleasant wild ale.
