An Unrulr Tradition. Smoked stepped out of his estate in the Lichtenhain hills of Thuringia to see the carnage the people had left. He's always being accused of doing things people don't like. The townspeople hate it when he makes something different. Armed with disdain for such a melding of styles they launched their unrest at Smoke's spirit. This isn't the first time and it won't be the last, but he's not mad. He stands proudly with his all-seeing monocle showing the future for taste buds among the people, including this smoked sour.

Pours clear solar yellow with a thick, though ephemeral, ivory head. Aroma presents raw malt, smoky, and tart fruity notes. Flavor yields more smoky and tart fruit character, especially smoke. Texture provides OK body and fair fizz. Unusual, if not outstanding.
