Del was one of those mischievous 1970s men who liked to push social conventions. Del’s college years were intertwined with a whirlwind of girls, parties, road trips and occasional studies. Spicy and complex with ester/clove aromas, a light straw color and moderate carbonation. Pair with rich creamy foods like roasts, lobster, and creme brulee.

Great tasting beer. An interesting bottle label. I shared it with six friends on a recent camping trip and it got six thumbs up. Slightly sweet flavor. Smooth aroma. Nice color. It also has a go alcohol content. Two is great. I purchased it in Houston , TX at a Spec's Liquor store. Only wish it was easier to locate and less expensive.

Body is reddish-caramel colored with a small, short-lived beige head that left some decent lace. Aroma of nuts, bread, caramel, clove and Belgian yeast. The taste is yeasty and alcoholic, a little sweet and a touch bitter, mostly at the finish. Slightly dry, medium bodied, and a little boozy, about what you expect in a tripel, but it’s a pretty decent beer, the best i have tried from them so far.
