Hazy golden orange ale. Smells of fresh apricots & some funk. Definitely has some bugs in the barrel as well as Brett in the bottle. Flavor is quite tart, with nice interplay between sweet and sour apricot. Good wild ale. Abv could be 5 or 10%...super hard to tell with this kid of beer.

Sampled on 9/2/2012. This wild/sour ale pours a hazy light golden yellow color (apricot) from a 22oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is apricot, tart, slightly funky, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied sour/wild ale. The malts are fruity, tart and sweet. Nice apricot flavors, they mix well with all that tartness. Some barnyard and some citrus as well. Truly an amazing beer for a most unlikely source. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is tart.
