This beer is a flavorful and refreshing beer, yet not filling, made with a combination of fresh Liberty hops from Yakima, WA and the prized East Kent Goldings aroma hop from England. 2-row brewer’s malt is used with a small amount of roasted barley to give it a well-rounded, malty character.

Taps clear golden with a nice eggshell head. Aroma delivers apple and honey notes. Flavor delivers apple, pear, fresh malt, honey and even butterscotch notes plus a hint of hops - a distinctive and delicious Pilsner! Mouthfeel features decent body and fizz. Not your typical pils, definitely worth a try regardless of your favorite style.
