Freeze Distilled Imperial Stout aged in Pinot Noir Barrels As special as it gets. This is our original Bumaye Imperial Stout which was aged in Pinot Noir barrels for all of 2012. Then freeze distilled once a year, getting better and better every time. In 2016 we finally decided it was time to bottle it. Share with good company. Don't drink it all at once, stick a cork in after opening it and save for up to a week. Limited to 100 bottles.
