Black Beauty is a big Belgian Dubbel - but brewed with rye. It is velvety smooth, chocolatey, has undertones of toffee and rum, and finishes with a dry, spiciness from the rye. The yeast comes directly from an old Trappist monastery in Belgium and imparts a wonderfully complex character to the beer.
