Cold fermentation with a bottom-fermenting yeast strain results in a smooth, easy-drinking beer with a clean, crisp finish. | ABV 5.5% This is part of our City Wide project, giving us the opportunity to make our mark on the community by donating a percentage of proceeds to local non-profits, organizations and local work-space incubators.
