Violet! You're turning Violet, Violet! Violet Beauregarde is our blueberry habanero Imperial stout. She’s sweet and fruity on the nose and on the front of the palate. You will even catch a bit of chocolate & coffee flavors from the base beer. Then she quickly turns on you and starts to light up the back of your throat. Be careful the heat tends to linger.
