Our collaboration with STL Hops. A wheat wine, whose recipe was developed by Troy Meier. Brewed once a year, with half going into a barrel of some sort for a further 3-6 months of aging. After witnessing the Trinity atomic bomb test, J. Robert Oppenheimer said the quote - its from the Sanskrit text the Bhagavad Gita - Now I Am Become Death, The Destroyer of Worlds.

750ml bottle, big thanks to gregwilsonstl!!, pours with a clear copper body that supports a nice tan head. The aroma offers up a medley of pine hops, floral hops, citrus hops and then a toffee note. The taste delivers bitter pine hops, a dash of citrus grapefruit, floral flowery notes and then thin sweet malts and a hint of toffee. Pretty cool bitter hop forward brew.
