Last November we brewed a Russian Imperial Stout. We then let it sit for 12 months to grow up. Look for tons of dark chocolate, liquorice, and coffee notes with a brash attitude. At 9.7%, this is a very dangerously drinkable RIS, so take it easy! Or don't, but make sure you have a safe ride home!!!
