Brewed in honor of the Brewmaster's brother, who berated him for naming a beer after the brew house dog, Hendrik, and not his own brother. Rich in malt character, deep amber hue. Carbonated with a blend of nitrogen and C02 and dispensed using a slow flow faucet, giving it that characteristic creamy head.
