An Americanized version of our Kolsch. A light, dry, hop-forward ale laced with juicy citrus and tropical notes. A slightly herbal hop bitterness is kept in check by the pilsner malt base. Malts: Pilsner Hops: Azacca Citra El Dorado Nugget

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6
pours a light yellow color with small white head that fades quickly leaving some lacing. The aroma is hops and fruit but a little different from K-Dawg. The taste much like K-Dawg but a little less fruity & little more hops bitter. The mouthfeel is light bodied with nice carbonation.
