We brew our Civilization ale with dried Prussian lemons, hibiscus, tart cherries and cranberries, and finish it with cocoa nibs. We couldn’t resist the idea of taking all that complexity a step further and aged some of it in Dulce Vida tequila barrels. The result may just be the Height of Civilization.

Pourz translucent cinnamon with a thin buff head. Aroma delivers tart fruit, toasted malt and a hint of caramel. Flavor provides tart stone and tropical fruit, toasted malt, caramel, subtle piney hops, a hint of chocolate. Texture offers good body and lively fizz. Get civilized!
