278 | Mill Street Cobblestone Stout | Canada | Dry Stout | 2.9
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 This is a beautiful looking black beer. A true stout. The aroma is rather weak, although there is some definite coffee hints. The mouthfeel is disappointing as well, weaker than a stout should be. The flavour is also somewhat watered down, matching the mouthfeel. |

280 | Mill Street Organic Oktoberfest | Canada | Marzen / Oktoberfest | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 This is another in a long list of orange coloured beers that I have tried through the years. The aroma is primarily hoppy, but there is some graininess. The flavour is slightly bitter, with a little spiciness, but again, there is graininess. |

283 | Mill Street Pilsner | Canada | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 3.0
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 Came in an undersized bottle, and with it came undersized flavour and aroma. The beer is golden yellow in colour with a white head. The aroma was slightly hoppy, although not florally hoppy. The flavour was also slightly bitter, but nothing impressive. |

285 | Unibroue Trois Pistoles | Canada | Belgian Strong Ale | 5.0
Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 10 The Unibroue Trois Pistoles is one Helluva brew. This is a dark brown beer best served in a tulip glass, the head is off-white, tight, and thin. The aroma is very complex, some roasted malt, and dark fruits are offset by a slight floral hoppiness. The flavour is an explosion. The cherry maltiness comes through with a little spiciness (cloves?). |

286 | Unibroue La Fin du Monde | Canada | Abbey Tripel | 4.1
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9 An excellent beer that pours a orange-brown colour with a large bubbly head. The aroma is a complex of malty tones, yeasty tones, and some spiciness. The flavour is very smooth and balanced between the yeasty flavour, and the fruity maltiness. |

287 | Unibroue Maudite | Canada | Belgian Strong Ale | 4.5
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 La Maudite is a dark brown beer with a tan coloured head that lasts a while. The aroma is a combination of yeasts, citrus fruits, and spices. The flavour is very similar to the aroma with the yeast and malt coming strong, but the finish is nice and spicy. |

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 An excellent beer. It pours a murky dark brown with a huge light brown frothy head. The aroma is a complex mixture of malt, dark fruit, cloves, nutmeg, and a little bit of hops. The carbonation is almost perfect with this beer. The flavour is malty with some spiciness coming through. |

291 | Unibroue L'Éphémère Pomme (Unibroue L'Éphémère Apple) | Canada | Fruit Beer | 3.8
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7 The beer pours a cloudy gold colour with a white head, after a couple of minutes............you think you have apple juice with the strong up-front aroma of sour apples. The flavour is slightly bitter and sour at the same time suggesting a hoppy, appley finish. |

292 | Unibroue Quelque Chose | Canada | Fruit Beer | 3.3
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 First of all, I wasn't really sure what to expect from a beer that is meant to be drunk...."hot". Did I invite the tall "hot" blonde from across the hall or what? I finally figured out that you are supposed to 'heat' the beer. So I did, and the sour cherry aroma was 'wow'. The transparent deep red was a beauty as well. The mouthfeel was weak, which I put down to the heating. The flavour was also weak, some maltiness, some sour cherry flavouring, but nothing that would make me want to try this again. |

293 | Unibroue Chambly Noire | Canada | Belgian Ale | 3.7
Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7 A very black beer as the 'noire' would suggest. It's beautiful to look at. The aroma was a complex of roasted malts, yeast, some dark fruits (figs, plums) with a little hoppy tone. The flavour is similar in that there is huge malt taste up front and a yeasty taste in the end. A good beer. |

This is a highly carbonated beer. The flavour is malt, some spice, and a nice hoppy finish. Very smooth and very drinkable. |

296 | Unibroue 15 | Canada | Abbey Tripel | 5.0
Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 10 I believe this beer has been retired. The beer poured a murky orange-gold colour with a thick white head that stuck around. The aroma was a complex combination of yeast, Malt, hops, and some fruity spices like nutmeg and cloves. The flavour is slightly sweet (malts??) with a little hoppy bitterness offset by the clovelike spiciness. |

297 | Unibroue 11 | Canada | Belgian Strong Ale | 5.0
Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 10 This is a retired beer that it took me sometime to obtain. The beer pours a murky golden yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma is breadlike yeast, with some malt, and fruit spices.........and a hint of alcohol. The flavour is a cornucopia of goodness. Sweet malts, bread, and some sweet spices make up a great mouthful. |

298 | Unibroue 16 | Canada | Abbey Tripel | 4.5
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 This beer isn't as good as some of the earlier anniversary issues from the wonderful people at Unibroue. As with some of the others, the beer is a cloudy beer, golden-orange in colour, with a generous head. The aroma was full of malt, yeast, and fruity spices. The flavour mimics the aroma, with a slight acidic bitterness. |

299 | Unibroue 10 | Canada | Abbey Tripel | 3.8
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 This was the first of the anniversary ales if I'm correct and has long since been retired. The beer started off wee as it poured a nice hazy golden brown. The aroma was very complex, sweet malt, some grains, spices, and some fruit. The flavour was also very complex, but less so than the aroma. The flavour had a hoppish bite as well. |
