79 | Bornem Tripel | Belgium | Abbey Tripel | 3.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 The bier poured a light murky yellow color with a very large fluffy white head. The aroma is lemony with a nice yeasty overtone. The flavor is somewhat spicy with some ginger and lemons. I also catch some bananas and wheat. The aftertaste is slight sour with a nice soft mouthfeel. Not a Triple that will cause you to dance the gig, but it is pleasent in all its simplicity. |

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7 Murky yellow lookin feller with a big ’ol head. The flavor is somewhat bitter but mostly sour with a dominate lemon flavor and some spices. Sort of an IPA and Tripel mix but I guess thats the point. Its ok but Chouffe has better stuff. |

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 Not sure what to think of this one. A murky yellow color with a moderate white head. The aroma is funky with some lemons and band aids. A slight lemon household cleaner thing going on. The flavor is rather sour with some lemons and herbal notes. A yeasty presence to this beer. Overall not horrible but odd nonetheless. |

89 | Blue Mountain Mandolin Artisanal Ale | United States | Abbey Tripel | 3.3
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7 Listen to the Mandolin Rain! Uh anyway a murky orange appearance with a minimal white head. The aroma is sweet potatoes, candi sugar, and citrus. The flavor contains some oranges, spices, and more sweet potatoes. The finish is a bit syrupy. Different but ok. |

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 This poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma is lemons and spices mainly. 93 | Struise Tsjeeses | Belgium | Abbey Tripel | 3.9
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 A cloudy brown color with a white head. This one was like a well seasoned porn star......a GUSHER! Still cleaning up. Aroma contains some nutmeg, caramel, yeast and dough. The flavor is very nice with some caramel, raisin, toffee, and sour apple. The finish is a little spicy. This hides the alcohol well. Im a fan of this. |

96 | Unibroue Don De Dieu | Canada | Abbey Tripel | 3.6
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Aroma is faint. Appearance is golden with the usual large foamy head typical of Unibroue beer. Smooth taste with a hint of oranges and peaches. Quite spicy and citrusy. Good easy drinking beer but not quite running with the big dogs of the Belgian Ale class. I'll say its good but not great. Big plus - it hides the alcohol well. |

97 | Chimay Cinq Cents (White) | Belgium | Abbey Tripel | 3.8
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 These days this is probably my favorite Chimay. A very nicely done Tripel. A murky and dirty yellow appearance. Lots of apricots and peaches in the nose. A somewhat sour and dry taste with some oranges, pears, and peaches showing in the flavor. A spicy and somewhat sour aftertaste. It hides the alcohol quite well. Good one! |

98 | Duinen Tripel | Belgium | Abbey Tripel | 3.0
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 Appearance is a bronze color. Aroma is a nice blend of cherries, grapes, and vanilla. Flavor has a nice warming effect with dark fruit flavors and some alcohol noticeable. My complaint with this beer is the metallic aftertaste like it came from a can. This would be an excellent beer if that metallic taste was not present. It tastes like the foil on the outside of the bottle was also part of the brewing process. The Duinen Dubbel is much better. |

100 | Anderson Valley Brother Davids Triple Abbey Style Ale | United States | Abbey Tripel | 4.0
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 A sunkist soda aroma with a hint of lemon and perfume. A dark orange appearance with excellent lacing. The flavor was very earthy with a doughy presence. I get a good deal of bananas and oranges. It blended well. A different take on the style but good nonetheless. |
