151 | Squatters Outer Darkness | United States | Imperial Stout | 4.3
Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9 This poured dark black color with a tan head. Perfect score! The aroma contains some chocolate, coffee, cocoa powder, and espresso. The flavor is rich but balanced all the same with more milk chocolate, malted milk balls, and a hint of coffee. Hot damn, this reminds me of Expedition a little bit. This is from Utah? I’ll be a monkey’s cousin in law! Awesome! |

159 | Boulevard Imperial Stout | United States | Imperial Stout | 4.2
Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 A dark black color with a large tan head. The aroma contains some chocolate, espresso, and alcohol. The flavor is on the sweet side, very sweet side, with chocolate cake icing, cola, and espresso. I didnt pick up on the whiskey notes it states in the description. It sort of loses itself in this beer. Overall really good. |

162 | Sweetwater IPA | United States | IPA | 4.2
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8 A copper color with a moderate white head. Apparently there is a recipe change since my last tasting, so I will rerate. The aroma contains some caramel, lemons, oranges, and pine. The flavor is rather hoppy but has a nice malt backbone to it. I taste some oranges, lemon peel, and a hint of caramel. The finish is slightly bitter. Overall a well balanced IPA and an excellent beer! |

163 | Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Ale | United States | American Barleywine | 4.2
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 A reddish orange apperance with a nice head. Like the Avery Hog Heaven, this is a hoppy take on the style. Flavor is grapefruit, oranges, dark malts, and alcohol. A very "Sierra" taste which is not a bad thing. I had the '04 version and Im sure this gets better with age. But its awesome right off the bat! |

165 | Sterkens St. Sebastiaan Dark | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 4.2
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 Nuts and dark fruit in the nose. Appearance is brown with a nice head. For a low ABV belgian this has loads of flavor. Grapes, nutmeg, caramel, chocolate, spices, and something slightly sour I cant seem to put a finger on. It's a bit on the carbonated side but that's the only flaw I can find in this beer. Another great beer from Sterkens! |

Flavor is of slight alcohol, nuts, chocolate, caramel, raisins, and toffee. Wow! It has a very "Belgian" flavor if anyone knows what I mean. Great beer! |

171 | Sierra Nevada Harvest Fresh Hop IPA - Southern Hemisphere Harvest® | United States | IPA | 4.2
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9 On Tap at O’Briens - This is one unreal pale ale. A little less sweet and cloying than the regular SNPA so its about perfect for the style. A copper color with a moderate head. Flavor is perfectly balanced with some strong orange peel. Great stuff! |

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 Aroma is smoked bacon, coffee, and ham. Like smelling your Waffle House breakfast plate. Appearance is pitch black with a tan head. The flavor is somewhat bitter with some charcoal and bacon present. It tastes a bit burnt but not in an offensive way. Very interesting and smokey. Non fans of the smoked style need not apply. |
