A black color with a moderate beige head. The aroma is coffee, cocoa puffs. Im coookooo for it. and some german chocolate. The flavor is rich with some chocolate, oatmeal, cappucino. The finish is rather sweet. Overall a nice one!

This poured a dark brown to black color with a tan head. The aroma contains quite a bit of chocolate with some coffee, citrus and pine. Interesting so far. This is like frosted mini wheats in the fact on one side I got something totally different than the other. On one end I get a lot of roasted coffee flavors, chocolate, and licorice. On the other side Im getting quite a bit of bitterness with some lemons, grapefruit, and pine. This one is rather bitter from the roastiness as well as the citrus. Overall this was a very good beer.

This poured a golden to copper color with a moderate white head. The aroma contains some perfume, peaches, and oranges. The flavor contains some peaches, oranges, and pine. Upon first taste I thought this wasnt that bitter however the finish is extremely bitter. Good malt profile to this one as well. Overall a good IIPA!

This poured a dark orange color with a white head. The nose contained some pine, oranges, and perfume. The flavor was rather bitter but well balanced. I taste some oranges, lemons, and some caramel. The finish was quite bitter as well. Overall a well done IIPA!

Holy sheot this beer is awesome! This poured an amber color. The aroma contains some caramel, toffee, lemons, and grapefruit. The flavor is rather bitter with citrus and caramel. This is like an amber ale on crack, I love it!

On tap at BR in Chattanooga. Wow color me impressed! This beer poured a copper color with a white head. The aroma is full of lemons, grapefruit, pine, and oranges. The flavor is extremely bitter with some lemons, oranges, and grapefruit. The standard Big River IPA is rather malty but this is much more in the IPA mold. Overall this was very enjoyable!

This poured a pitch black color with a moderate white head. The aroma is very smokey with some chocolate covered bacon showing up. The flavor is at first a bit malty with some chocolate and caramel and then all the smokey goodness shows up afterwards. The finish shows a little bit of alcohol coming through. Overall this is pretty damn good!

Black color tan head. Lots of chocolate, espresso, and licorice in the aroma n flavor. Some bready notes. You so want to drink thirsting! Rerate - What does that mean? I blame the spell correct option on the phone and maybe being a little in the bag. Overall this was good though.

Now I can say one of the most sour beers I’ve ever had came from Belg.......nope New Mexico! This was an amber color with a white head. The aroma kind of smells like lemon Pledge cleaner, barnyard, and some caramel notes. The flavor is REALLY sour with some raspberries and cider vinegar. The mouthfeel is kind of oily. Intense but I really liked it.

This poured an orangish red color with no head. The aroma contains tons of cherries and vinegar with a hint of citrus and funk. The flavor is really sour and tart with more cherries and vinegar flavors. The aftertaste is very sour as well. Overall I really enjoyed this one.

Pitch black color with a huge dark tan head. Can’t beat the appearance. The aroma is intense with chocolate, licorice, espresso, and alcohol. The flavor punches you in your face with some dark chocolate, licorice, alcohol, and coffee. The aftertaste is boozy and bitter with just a bit of malt showing up. Overall good in small amounts.

This was a dark orange to amber color with a white head. The aroma contains some grapefruit, lemon, and pine. The flavor is pretty darn bitter with citrus and pine flavors coming through. I’m a hophead and I was like woah not expecting that level of hops in a "session pale ale". Some malt shows in the end but not much. Overall good beer not sure about the session part though.

Ah this the beer that really opened my eyes! A darker copper appearance. I taste more malt than hops now that my palate is more experienced. Complex brew that is not the Arrogant Bastard it claims to be. Its just good. A sentimental rating being the OG beer that let me know what REAL beer could taste like.

A nice lambic. Its one I could drink all night if I were rich. Flavor is peaches and slightly sour. Aroma is a fresh peach orchard. Not alot of alcohol but that's not the issue here. Complex and excellent!
