A dark amber color with a rather large head. The aroma is somewhat herbal and malty with oranges and lemons present as well. The flavor contains some spices, dark fruit, pine, oranges, and lemons. The mouthfeel is rather carbonated. Overall this was a great beer!

A dark golden color with a large frothy head. The aroma is yeasty with the brett showing as well as some citrus and vinegar. The flavor is sour but not over done. I taste a good deal of funk and light citrus flavors. The mouthfeel is carbonated. Overall another winner from this brewery!

Deep orange color with a moderate to large white head. Aroma contains some pine, orange, alcohol, and lemons. The flavor is rather bitter with a good malt presence. I taste oranges, lemons, pine needles, whipped cream,.....update I didnt finish the damn rating. The finish was rather bitter with some alcohol showing through. Overall a good beer.

A black appearance with a nice tan head. The aroma is contains a lot of coffee, chocolate, licorice, and dark fruit. The flavor contains some cocoa powder, coffee, and a hint of alcohol. Overall a well balanced nice impy stout.

The flavor really shows the whiskey but also contains some roasted malts and coffee. Very little sweetness in this one. Alot of dark chocolate also shows through. The palate is on the thin side. Overall a good beer.

I taste some chocolate, espresso, and also a hint of some dark fruit giving it a slight sourness. The mouthfeel is rather thick. Overall a very nice stout.

This poured a dark orange color with a white head. The aroma contains some perfume, pine, caramel, grapefruit, and lemons. The flavor is well balanced with the malt but also very bitter. I taste some caramel as well as orange peels, grapefruit, and lemons. The finish leaves a lingering bitterness on your tongue. Overall a very well done IIPA. I call BS on 6% but I get you cant brew over that in TN so gotta keep the po-po happy.

The flavor is more on the stout side than the IPA side containing some chocolate, coffee, caramel, and a bit of lemons and oranges. Some alcohol showing in the finish. Im usually not a fan of this style but Stone seems to pull it off better than most.

You taste some grapefruit, oranges, pine, but it also has some caramel going on in the background. This one is very west coast but not just punch yo mama with hops one dimensional hops either. Overall I dig this.

This poured a black color with a reddish hue and a beige head. The aroma is like chocolate milk and some cereral notes. The flavor is very chocolately with lots of cocoa and a slight coffee and vanilla presence. It is not as sweet as it sounds it is actually very well balanced. Overall this a very nice beer right on par with Young’s Chocolate Stout.

On tap at Brick Store. This poured a brown color with a white head. Aroma contains alcohol, caramel, cloves, cinammon, and dark fruit. The flavor is very warming with some alcohol notes, spices, caramel, brown sugar, and toffee. This one is a sipper for sure. Perfect for a rare cold Atlanta night. Overall hellz yeah.

An orange appearance with an off white head. Aroma contains tons of perfume and citrus. Flavor is very bitter but has a malty presence. Orange peels and lemons dominate the flavor. A bit of alcohol is showing in the aftertaste. Overall this does not suck.

1997 Vintage 8 oz bottle - This poured a black color like motor oil with little head. The aroma contains tons of coffee and some chocolate. Very roasty aroma. The flavor is bitter with a load of coffee, some chocolate and dark fruits. Just a bit of a yeasty finish probably due to the aging. This beer held up very well after 10 years. Age ya one!
