2402 | Uinta Crooked Line Labyrinth Black Ale | United States | Imperial Porter | 4.1
Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 Pitch black color with a huge dark tan head. Can’t beat the appearance. The aroma is intense with chocolate, licorice, espresso, and alcohol. The flavor punches you in your face with some dark chocolate, licorice, alcohol, and coffee. The aftertaste is boozy and bitter with just a bit of malt showing up. Overall good in small amounts. |

2406 | Unibroue 11 | Canada | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.5
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7 I dont get these Unibroue anniversary beers. I was none too impressed with the 10 and the 11 is nothing great either. Aroma is faint and spicy. Appearance is close to a lager. Flavor is crisp with a tiny hint of citrus fruit like pears and oranges. Alcohol on this and the Unibroue 10 is masked extremely well. Palate is fairly dull but has a peppery kick. Overall this a decent beer but nothing that fantastic. Overall its pretty good if you are looking for a less complex Belgain with a high ABV that is masked well. |

2407 | Unibroue 16 | Canada | Abbey Tripel | 3.6
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 I was losing faith in Uni anniversary beers but this one changed my mind. And orange to amber apperance with a carbonated white head. The aroma was very spicy with a yeasty quality. Unlike the 2004 the spices were toned down which is alright by me! Some caramel, oranges, and coriander in the flavor. A very carbonated mouthfeel. |

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 A deep amber to brown color with a large carbonated head. The aroma contains some chocolate, bananas, and spices. The flavor is rather malty with some bananas, chocolate, spices, and cloves. Overall Ive never been blown away by Uni anniversary beers but this one will do. |

2409 | Unibroue Blanche de Chambly | Canada | Witbier | 3.7
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 This poured a cloudy yellow color with a minimal white head. The aroma is spicy with some coriander present. There is also some oranges and lemon in the nose. In my nose I mean, beers don’t have noses. The flavor is nice with some bready notes, orange peels, and lemons. The palate is a little thin. Overall I thought this was a world class wit but my problem is this. Witbier are for sessions on hot days. At $10 a 4 pack, it can never be that for me. |

2410 | Unibroue Don De Dieu | Canada | Abbey Tripel | 3.6
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Aroma is faint. Appearance is golden with the usual large foamy head typical of Unibroue beer. Smooth taste with a hint of oranges and peaches. Quite spicy and citrusy. Good easy drinking beer but not quite running with the big dogs of the Belgian Ale class. I'll say its good but not great. Big plus - it hides the alcohol well. |

2411 | Unibroue Édition 2004 | Canada | Belgian Strong Ale | 2.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 5 The aroma is funky with citrus and spices. Smells like someone left the chicken w/orange sauce in the fridge a little too long! The appearance is a dark orange with a very large head. The flavor is like dumping an entire spice rack into a belgian ale. Its very confused. Its sour here, sweet there, and spicy to and fro. There is also a bit of dough present. What? What? What? The aftertaste is some sweet and sour sauce and pepper spice thing. This beer is a big ol' confused mess. |

2412 | Unibroue L'Éphémère (unflavoured) | Canada | Saison | 3.0
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 Yellow appearance with moderate head. Aroma is granny smith apples and wheat. Flavor is not as much apples as I expected with a very dry taste. Mouthfeel is thick and doughy. I'm not sure what is going on with this beer, but I'll never want to sample it again. Average |

2413 | Unibroue L'Éphémère Cassis (Unibroue L'Éphémère Black Currant) | Canada | Fruit Beer | 3.3
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 The appearance and aroma are very nice and its all down hill from there. A pinkish orange color. A floral and raspberry aroma. Now Im all excited to try it. Wah Wah Wah! Extremely weak flavor I taste next to nothing. But this side of nothing I get some currant, peaches, and raspberry. Excuse me bartender can I get some more beer with this water |

2419 | Unibroue Seigneuriale | Canada | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.4
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 An orange to amber color with a rocky white head. The aroma was brown sugar, oranges, and pears. A yeasty presence in the beer but that’s a common Unibroue trait I think. A malty flavor with some assorted fruits, brown sugar, and honey. This one was pretty good. |

2420 | Unibroue Trois Pistoles | Canada | Belgian Strong Ale | 4.6
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 9 The best of this brewery by a long shot. Appearance is dark brown/red with a massive head. Aroma is amazing. Flavor is complex with cherries, vanilla, grapes, and plums. Alcohol is very well hidden. A top notch Belgian ale, and the best one Ive had not actually brewed in Europe. |

2421 | Upland Persimmon Lambic | United States | Fruit Lambic | 3.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 This poured a very pale yellow to white with absolutely no head. The aroma is a persimmon I guess. Since I had to ask what that was I will try to relate it to more common fruits. So aroma is lemons and pineapples with some herbal notes. The flavor is lemons, pineapple, and pears. This is sour but not overly so. If you are in a beer rut, this would be a good way to have something totally different. Overall a nice one. |

2423 | Upstream Batch 1000 Barley Wine | United States | American Barleywine | 3.6
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 My first Nebraska beer! Anyways a dark orange to copper color on this beer. The aroma contains some dark fruits, citrus, vanilla, and alcohol. The flavor is rather one dimensional and bends itself more toward the IPA side of things but I get some caramel, big dose of citrus, raisins, and alcohol. Not really a bad beer but it needs direction kind of like Amy Winehouse. |

2424 | Urthel Hibernus Quentum | Belgium | Abbey Tripel | 3.8
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 A golden appearance with a large white head. Good lacing on the glass. The aroma contains lemons, spices, honey, and a hint of alcohol showing through. The flavor is rather sweet but also contains a citrus bite. I taste lemons, honey, spices, and maybe a hint of vanilla. Some alcohol shows up in the finish. The mouthfeel is carbonated. Overall a nice Tripel. |
