A lager very similar to a European pilsner. Golden appearance with a nice head. Flavor was slightly bitter. Very clean and refreshing. This would make an excellent session lager when you are in the mood for something lighter.

A brown appearance with a beige head. Some alcohol and dark fruits present in the aroma. Some chocolate, raisins, and plums present in the flavor. Chocolate is the primary aspect of the taste. A warming sweet finish. Good on ya!

A murky orange appearance. Some citrus and bread present in the aroma. The flavor is a little on the spicy side with some lemons and brown sugar. Pretty good beer.

A lemon and vinegar aroma. A murky yellow appearance with a white head. The flavor consists of mostly lemons with some cloves present. The finish was quite sour. An easy drinker if not all that complex.

A copper color with virtually no head. The aroma consists of alcohol, dark fruit, and some brandy notes. The flavor consists of maple syrup, honey, sherry, and grapes. A very warming beer but not as sweet as I had imagined. Overall this was a very nice barleywine.

This poured a pale yellow color with some odd lemon detergent aroma. The flavor is Heineken. Yes folks I didnt describe it I said Heineken. We’ve all had it before, you know the taste. Lets hope its cheaper and less trendy though!

A bright orange appearance with some good lacing. The aroma is pears and hops. The flavor is bitter with some lemons, orange peel, tangerine, and other citrus fruits. Another good IPA on my west coast trip. My palate is offically ruined. Even better my 700th rating on BP - woo hoo!!!! :)

Pretty standard porter. A brownish black appearance with a strong coffee aroma. The body is rather thin with the usual crew of flavas..chocolate, coffee, roasted malts. Some licorice in the finish. Not bad.

An orangish amber apperance. A caramel and orange aroma. The flavor is rather bitter with some nutmeg, lemon, and grapefruit. A creamy mouthfeel. Pretty good.

This poured a copper color with a white head. The aroma contains perfume, pine, oranges, and lemons. The flavor is bitter but has a solid malt presence as well. There is some bitterness with oranges and lemons in the flavor. There is a slight tropical fruit thing going on at the end. Overall a good IPA.

The apperarance is black with a beige head. The aroma is standard chocolate and coffee. The flavor is well balanced with more coffee and chocolate. Overall nothing exciting but a decent stout.

A cloudy yellow apperance with a moderate white head. The flavor consists of lemons, apricots, and vanilla. A very nice sniffer. The flavor is pretty much what you expect from the aroma. It is a little thin on the palate but it is only 4% and probably made to be a quaffer. I enjoyed it.

That's a mighty perty picture of a fish on this here page. The beer poured a yellow color with a white head. The aroma contains some grassy notes and lemons. This one is a real lemon bomb fo sho. Some malt presence going on and the finish is slightly sour. Overall whatever basically.

A dark reddish appearance. Aroma is caramel and grapes. Flavor is fairly light with some sour grapes The aftertaste has a slight bitterness. This tastes more like an Irish Ale than a Dunkel. Overall its not a bad beer.

Wow, what a little suprise we have here. This has to be the jewel in this brewery’s rusty crown. A chocolatey aroma. The apperance is black with a small beige head. A very rich flavor with some cappucino and chocolate. Not too sweet its very well balanced. Dont be scared away by the price or the source, this is a must try.

This is standard BMC type crap. A very pale yellow color with a non pleasing white head. The aroma is full of corn and lemons. The flavor is a little sweet with some hay present. Overall swill and nothing else.

The aroma is butter and lemons. The flavor is absent of alcohol and corn which is indeed odd for the style. Its kind of citrusy with some lemons present. Extremely smooth and maybe the best malt likka Ive had to date.

An orange appearance with a moderate head. A nice pine, apricot, and orange aroma. The flavor is quite bitter with some alcohol showing through. There are some orange peel and apricot flavors present. The aftertaste is rather sweet. Excellent stuff.

This beer poured an amber color. The aroma was off with vinegar present and some malty aspects. The flavor is rather sour with a hint of caramel and citrus. Not a drain pour but strange nonetheless.

A pale yellow color and looks like swill. A moderate white head on this one. A faint corny and grassy aroma. The flavor is dull with some grassy notes and corn. The malt bill is what seperates this from standard BMC. Hardly a true to style German Pils. Pretty crappy.

A golden apperance with a small white head. The aroma is rather weak with hints of citrus showing through. The flavor is watery but contains some malty notes and a hint of lemons. BORING!

This poured a dark copper color with a moderate head. The aroma is citrus, chocolate, and caramel. The flavor contains caramel and some citrus in the background. This one is not very similar to the typical IPAs. Overall nothing fantastic but it was pretty good.

Possibly the best cider I’ve had to date. Apple aroma and a golden appearance. Flavor is tart granny smith apples. This one is a little bit on the drier side. Not as sweet as many other commercial ciders. Crisp finish.

This is a typical mainstream english pale ale. Good appearance, a watery thin palate, flavor is decent but a little bland. Overall its a way for the masses to try better beer but its nothing outstanding. I dont mind it however, and its a treat in a black and tan
