6853 | Tuborg Grøn | Denmark | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 2.5
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 "Grøn Tuborg" is the standard Tuborg pale lager, as it's known in Denmark. I've had it many, many times - but fortunately I search out better beers now! Grøn (= Green - refers to the colour of the label, not the beer!) Tuborg has market shares in Denmark that do not coincide with the actual quality of the beer. Simply a standard pale golden lager, not offensive but nothing to write home about. |

6855 | Tuborg Grøn Sunsæt | Denmark | Pale Lager | 2.5
Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 330 ml can, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 4.6%. Various "natural" (= artificial) "aromas" are added, no Reinheitsgebot here. Clear pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of lemon and lime. Flavour of citrus too, could be refreshing on a hot summer's day. Low bitterness. Easy drinking. |

6856 | Tuborg Guld (Tuborg Premium Lager) | Denmark | Lager | 3.0
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 The pale lager internationally simply known as 'Tuborg' is in Denmark known as Tuborg Grøn ('Green'), referring to the colour of the bottle and label, not the colour of the beer! ABV there is 4.6%. Sure, when on summer vacation in Denmark and you're thirsty ...., well, a Tuborg is part of it. But this beer is really not more than average, traditionally "competing" with the standard Carlsberg Pilsener/Lager. |

6857 | Tuborg Hvid | Denmark | Pale Lager | 2.7
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6 April 2017: 500 ml can, from Rema 1000, Tau. ABV is 4.6%. Pale golden colour, only the slightest haziness, moderate white head. Aroma of oranges and artificial orange candy, also some coriander. Fruity and slightly sweet flavour, notes of orange extract, hints of coriander, moderate hops in the finish. Not great, but not godawful either. |

6859 | Tuborg Julebryg (Christmas Brew) | Denmark | Lager | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 (0,5 liter dark blue plastic bottle.) Brownish golden colour, moderate head. Aroma and flavour like an average pilsener with liquorice added - and that's what it actually is (the label states that liquorice is an ingredient). Compared to the best Norwegian 'klasse F' Christmas beers, this is BAD (well, it's drinkable, but not much more). |

6860 | Tuborg Juleøl 4.5% | Denmark | Vienna / Amber Lager | 1.9
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 3 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 4 330 ml bottle. Oh my god, a special version of Tuborg Juleøl for the Norwegian grocery store market, with a meagre ABV of 4.5%. Obviously designed as a discount brand on this market, Norwegian brewed Tuborg Pils has an equivalent role here too. Amber colour, low head, little lacing. Minimal aroma, hints of caramel. Flavour is unbelievably bland and uninteresting, a little caramel and a minimal amount of cheap hop extract. Avoid! |

6861 | Tuborg Kylle Kylle | Denmark | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 3.5
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Tuborg Påskebryg 'Kylle Kylle' is an "Easter brew", a bit darker than a standard pale lager, may probably be classified as a Vienna. But seriously: What the hell IS an 'EASTER brew' supposed to taste like?? Or is that a theological question? Anyway, this isn't a bad try. And the Easter chicken (and possibly the chicks) might like it. |

6862 | Tuborg Lime Cut | Norway | Pale Lager | 1.3
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 330 ml clear bottle with a tear-off cap (thought those went out of fashion in the 70s?). Distributed (and probably brewed) by Ringnes (Carlsberg) for the Norwegian market. ABV is 4.5%. Extremely pale and crystal clear yellow colour, big to moderate white head. Weak aroma with hints of pilsener malts and artificial lime flavouring. Sweetish sugary flavour with notes of artificial "lime" again - and nothing else. No bitterness, nor any other indications that this actually is a beer. Jeezes - what a worthless "beer"! I’d rather have a glass of mineral water with a twist of real lime. Ringnes/Carlsberg have once again shown us that Tuborg is chosen as their bog standard brand in Norway. |

6863 | Tuborg Lite 4,5 | Norway | Light / Lite Lager | 1.2
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 3 500 ml can, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Very pale golden colour, fluffy head of moderate retention. "Artificial" sweet aroma, unpleasant. Incredibly boring flavour with "plenty of nothing". Even the new "Ringnes Lite" is slightly better than this. This is a low carb beer to forget! |

6864 | Tuborg Lite Ice | Norway | Pale Lager | 2.3
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 500 ml can, from Coop Extra Prestemarka, Tau. ABV is 4.2%. Crystal clear pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of wet dog, malts and hop oil. Fizzy and citric mouthfeel. Fairly crisp and "clean" pilsener flavour, not a great beer, but drinkable. |

6865 | Tuborg LITE Raspberry Twist | Norway | Light / Lite Lager | 1.8
Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 3 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 3 500 ml can, from Rema 1000, Tau. ABV is 4.3%. Clear pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Artificial aroma of raspberries / raspberrydrops - no real raspberries have been added to this beer, that's for sure. Light bodied, as expected. More artificial raspberrydrops in the flavour, but not overly sweet. A hint of metallic hops in the finish. Another tick for me - otherwise utterly forgettable, and not something I'll buy again, ever. |

6866 | Tuborg Lys Grøn | Denmark | Reduced Alcohol | 1.8
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 3 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 3 This low ABV pale lager (known in Denmark as Tuborg Lys Grøn) is now retired. ABV was 2.6%. Carlsberg Let Pilsner is retired too, they have been replaced by Carlsberg Light. My comment was: Typical light / low alcohol pale beer. Are you sure you have to drive today? |

6867 | Tuborg NUL Alkoholfri Pilsner | Denmark | Reduced Alcohol | 1.8
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 3 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 3 330 ml can, as Tuborg NUL Alkoholfri Pilsner, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. Clear deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of dust, damp basement and wet cardboard. The flavour has some citrus, malts and metallic bittering hops, making the beer barely drinkable if you have to drive. |

6868 | Tuborg NUL Øl & Citrus | Denmark | Reduced Alcohol | 2.6
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6 330 ml slimline can, as Tuborg NUL Øl & Citrus, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. Cloudy and very pale straw colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma and flavour of lemonade / lemon & lime soda. Just a little malts in the background. Very refreshing, like a lemon soda. |

6869 | Tuborg NUL Øl & Mango Passion | Denmark | Reduced Alcohol | 1.7
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 3 330 ml slimline can, as Tuborg Nul Øl & Mango Passion, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 0.0%. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate but shortlived white head. Aroma of mango and passionfruit, kind of artificial. Medium sweet flavour, notes of said fruits, hints of malts in the background. Not something I'll buy again. |

6871 | Tuborg Sommerøl | Denmark | Pale Lager | 1.3
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 3 500 ml can, a "summer beer" brewed for the Norwegian market. ABV is 4.5%. Somehow macro brewers have managed to convince Norwegian swill drinkers that they need "summer beers" that are even paler, thinner and more boring than their standard pilseners. And the Tuborg brand is Carlsberg’s "discount" brand in Norway, so you know what to expect ... Very pale yellow colour, low head. Grassy and artificial candy notes in the aroma. Flavour ... well, what flavour? This beer is nearly void of any flavour, there’s just a faint acidity to let you know that you’re not drinking water. Not worthy of the name "beer". |

6873 | Tuborg T-Beer | Denmark | Light / Lite Lager | 1.5
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 3 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 3 330 ml clear bottle, bought in Denmark. ABV is 4.9%. Very pale colour, decent head and lacing. Weak citrussy aroma. Flavour? Nearly flavourless, carbonated water with just a faint hint of crystal malts and citrus. Gets an extra point for not being quite as offensive as some other raters made me expect. The hints of dishwashing liquid in the finish are, after all, not overwhelming .... |

Strong and typical hefeweizen aroma of cloves and ripe bananas, hints of candy. Moderate flavour with notes of cloves and banana, hints of citrus. Minimal hops. Light bodied and easy drinking. |

6875 | Tucher Original Nürnberger Rotbier Naturtrüb | Germany | Vienna / Amber Lager | 3.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 October 2020: 500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Hazy orange to amber and reddish brown colour, large white head. Aroma of malts, caramel and brown bread, a hint of oak. Well balanced flavour, just the right malty sweetness, moderate but pleasant fruity notes, hints of caramel, brown bread and oak again, moderate hops. Might well buy again |
