The aroma is grassy malt, noble hops, yeast, and a hint of caramel. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grassy, with light notes of caramel giving way to a bitter hoppy finish. This is a very good local Oktoberfest beer, and the finest Sleeman beer I’ve had. |

The flavour is malty with notes light apple, the yeast flavour is present, and the hop finish has a bitter bite. This is the best Ontario Marzen I’ve had since the original Beau’s Nightmarzen |
