The flavour is nicely balanced between the malty grains, and the grapefruit and strawberry notes. Finish is mildly bitter. I really like this!

The flavour is light grains, mild fruit, and a bitter hoppy finish. A very good ‘light’ beer.

It falls flat on flavour however with the alcohol coming through and dominating the caramel and hop notes. As an aside, the Henderson Brewery actually backs onto the tracks on which the Union Pearson Express runs.

The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is a nice mash up of caramel notes, piney flavours, and bitter citrus. Definitely worth trying again.
