The flavour is very tart, so tart that I can’t recognize what the underlying fruit is. I swear I taste chopped Vidalia onions in this – and I hate onions. This is certainly not my favourite Collective Arts beer

The flavour is pineapple and berry heavy with hints of grainy malt. The finish has some light bitterness in it.

The aroma is sour grains, tart raspberries, and light yeast. No hints of hibiscus. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is tart raspberries, light yeast, and grains. The tartness is mild compared to other goses I’ve tried.

The aroma is funky earth, garage floor, and vinegar. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour is sour and woody with plenty of funky flavours. There is both a sweetness and a sourness to the finish with the sour winning out.

The beer poured a clouded golden-orange into the glass with almost no head whatsoever. Effervescence was on display. The aroma was sour, and musty. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, with medium-carbonation....although that may have been lost in the pucker. The flavour was malty with some possible green apple hints. Very tart. Definitely worth trying.

The beer poured a cloudy gold colour with a very thin white head. The aroma was sour cherries and apples with a little bit of malt. The mouthfeel was dry, very tart, highly carbonated, and medium bodied. The flavour was tart apples, and some graininess. Very enjoyable.

The aroma was faintly sour apples. not as strong as others have suggested. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, almost creamy, and highly carbonated. The flavour wasn't all that sweet...very reminiscent of the crabapples I used to eat as a child on the way to school. Not a lot of malty flavours or hoppy tones in this one.

The flavour was tart fruit, and more tart fruit.

Flavour is sweet fruit, and stale wheat. Not a great hefe by any measure.
