676 | KW Sparkling Dry Cider | Canada | Cider | 3.4
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7 473ml can
6.8% ABV
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
July 3, 2020
$3.45
The cider pours a very clear pale gold colour with plenty of effervescence but no real head. The aroma is light apple and yeast. The mouthfeel is light and dry, carbonation is average for the style. The flavour is typical of the style, light apple notes, light alcohol notes, and a wine like feel. Quite good. |

677 | Brickworks Ciderhouse Stadium Island Peach | Canada | Cider | 3.4
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 473ml can
4.5% ABV
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
July 3, 2020
$3.50
The cider pours a clear light gold colour with orange highlights. There is a thin white ring for a head, and excessive tiny bubble effervescence…..Don Ho would be proud! The aroma is ripe peaches, and light yeast. The mouthfeel is very much like a carbonated soda, overly carbonated and lively. The flavour is sweet peach. It boils down to this as being, in my opinion, an alcoholic peach soda…..and I can live with that! |

678 | 2 Way Brewing Hesperides | United States | Cider | 3.0
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 10oz draught
6.0% ABV
House Beer Tasting (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
September 5, 2020
The beer pours a clear gold colour, the head is white, minimal, and lasts a few seconds maximum. Aroma is light yeast, weak apple, and funky grains. Mouthfeel is thin bodied and carbonation is high, but typical for style. The flavour is light apple and weak grains. Again, nothing that strays from a typical hard cider. |

679 | Brickworks Ciderhouse Batch 1904 | Canada | Cider | 3.5
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7 473ml can
5.0%
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
September 23, 2020
$3.40
The cider pours a very pale translucent gold colour. There is no head, but effervescence is lively. The aroma is light apple and Golden Horseshoe white wine (think Spumante Bambino). The mouthfeel is very light and heavily carbonated, again, more akin to a white wine than a cider. The flavour is light apple with hints of alcohol. It’s actually quite nice. I was a bit worried after trying their peach cider (which was more alcoholic soda pop than cider), but this is a good cider in my opinion. |
