The beer poured a hazy golden orange in a tulip glass with a half inch tan head and quite a bit of effervescence. The aroma was pine, citrus hops, and some sweet malt hints. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was weak malt, heavy grapefruity hops, but not very well balanced |

The flavour was definitely on the bitter side with very little sweetness brought on by any of the malt or fruit aromas. Generous amounts of orange and grapefruit and a sharp bitter end dominate the flavour. Would be a very sessionable beer had it not been for the bitter aftertaste. |
