The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is a nice mash up of caramel notes, piney flavours, and bitter citrus. Definitely worth trying again.

The flavour is sweet up front with notes of molasses and roasted malt, and finishes with a sharp bitter hop kick. This is a style that more Ontario brewers need to get behind, because when done well like this one, it’s one enjoyable style.

The flavour is well balanced between the tartness of the fruit, the ginger flavour, and the grains. I’m not a huge fan of cranberries, but I really like this beer!

The flavour is toasted grains, light hints of caramel, and a light hoppy finish. If I didn’t know any better, I would say that this beer is a Marzen / Oktoberfest. Whether it is, or isn’t….it’s a pretty good beer.
