The aroma is roasted malt, nuts, earthy hops, and light yeast notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. I don’t know how to define the taste. There is some definite tartness that bugs me. Not a lot of caramel sweetness as described on the can but there is some definite nuttiness in the flavour, and a bitter finish. Looks good, smells good, but something is lost on the tongue.

The flavour was bread, light caramel, some yeasty notes, and nice bitter hop finish. A solid beer for a Saturday evening.

Although the aroma dispels that notion. An enjoyable Ontario saison.

The flavour is nicely balanced between the malt, pine, and citrus flavours finishing with a mild bitter finish. I am impressed.

Very drinkable.

The flavour is dark chocolate, dark fruit notes, vanilla, and a quite bitter rooftop finish. The alcohol is warming despite being only 7&#37;.

The flavour was roasted malt, coffee, and some peppery spice notes. The finish was slightly bitter. Another fine Indie Ale House brew.

Lots of caramel flavour, and lots of dishsoap flavour. Not a good balance. Weak bitter finish doesn’t help the cause at all.

The grapefruit, pine, and caramel notes dominate the flavour and the finish is quite bitter. This is my kind of IPA.

There is a battle between the sweet and tart fruit notes, and the bitterness of the hops shines a bit more.

The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour if this beer is NOT WELL BALANCED between the sweet crust elements and the tart lime flavours. In fact, I think I’ve had enough after only two mouthfuls.
