The beer poured a translucent copper colour with an off-white creamy head that disappeared within a couple of minutes. The aroma was a mish-mash of caramel malts, citrus hops, and some earthiness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour starts off sweet with hints of toffee and caramel, and has a bitter citrusy finish. A pretty good effort by Cameron's. |
