The flavour was slightly malty, and slightly sour. Not an enjoyable beer, and very similar to Alexander Keith's Red. |

The beer is a new beer from Church Key and is only available in 650ml bottles (according to Joe). The beer poured a nice dark translucent orangy-brown whitch a thick, creamy, off-white head. The aroma was very hoppy, with some hints of malt and licorice. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with high carbonation, and the bitterness was quite evident. The flavour was quite hoppy with definite grapefruit hints. |

The mouthfeel is medium bodied, with medium carbonation, and leaves a dry feeling. The flavour had a little malt in it, and some bitter hop tones as well to round it off. A very enjoyable beer. |

The aroma was sweet malt, some fruit tones (I'm thinking plums), and a little hoppiness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, amply carbonated, and a little sour on the tongue. The flavour is no where near as fruity as the aroma. There is some sweet maltiness, some sourness in the middle, and slightly bitter finish. This beer suited my tastes quite well. |
