Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is slightly fruity with notes of light fruit and grains. Not very IPA like.

March 9, 2012<br> C’est What (Toronto, Ontario, Canada – 67 Front Street West) <br> 473ml can <br> 5.9% ABV <br> $5.29<br> I wish I had my camera with me because this has to be the cheapest packaging I have ever seen.......a generic aluminum can with a 2" diameter sticker denoting what's inside. The beer pours a translucent dark brown colour (when held to light) with a thin white creamy head. First aroma is dish soap, followed by some nut malt, roast, and coffee notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is coffee, chocolate, and some sweet caramel hints. Not very hoppy.

The beer was poured a translucent dark burgundy colour with a thin white ring of a head. Aroma was sweet fruits like plums with hints of caramel, molasses, and grains. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is sweet and fruity...almost fruity enough to be a turnoff. Flavour has similarities to their Dragonberry pilsner. It's certainly a sham if you ask me.

The aroma was grassy malts, cereal, yeast and some floral hops. Mouthfeel was medium bodiued with medium carbonation. The Les 3 Brasseurs yeast is very distinctive and was very noticeable in the flavour. Smells and tastes like a Belgian strain. Aside from the yeast, the flavour is dominated by the malt.

The waitress said it was in the style of a Guinness, and that should have been my cue as I'm not a fan of Guinness. It poured a dark brown with black edges, and a creamy brown head. Aroma was weak roast with some coffee and chocolate in the background. Mouthfeel was weak to medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was weak roast, weak coffee, and weak chocolate. So, not offensive......but not memorable.

The aroma was fruity and spicy with a hint of yeast. Apples and citrus were the predominant fruit notes. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and well carbonated. The first flavour note is yeast, followed by some light apple and citrus, and unfortunately, the alcohol is very noticeable.

The beer poured a slightly hazed golden red with a generous long lasting tan head. The aroma was hop heavy with a lot of citrus and grapefruit notes and some caramel and bread. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is primarily grapefruit with some piney notes. Very good, but not the best DIPA I've ever had.
