The flavour starts out with notes of alcohol and tart fruit, and finishes with an oily wood flavour on the tongue. I’m not a fan.

The caramel and molasses sweetness is nicely balanced by the finishing bitterness.

The flavour is sweet malt up front with flavours of wheat and banana, somewhat like cereal with fruit. One of the better Erdinger beers in my opinion.
