The flavour starts out with notes of alcohol and tart fruit, and finishes with an oily wood flavour on the tongue. I’m not a fan. |

The caramel and molasses sweetness is nicely balanced by the finishing bitterness. |

The flavour is sweet malt up front with flavours of wheat and banana, somewhat like cereal with fruit. One of the better Erdinger beers in my opinion. |
