Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 473ml can
4.0% ABV
Best Before: August 19, 2020
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
May 30, 2020
$3.30
The beer pours a translucent and highly effervescent straw gold colour with a thin 1” snow white head which doesn’t leave a lot of lacing. The aroma is biscuit malt, yeast, and some spicy hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is cereal and biscuit malt, some fruity sweetness, and a nice little hop bite in the finish. |

827 | Mill Street Big Little Lager | Canada | Light / Lite Lager | 3.1
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 473ml can
3.5% ABV
Canned On: March 10, 2020
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
May 29, 2020
$3.35
The beer pours a clear pale gold colour with a bubbly white head which is short lived. The aroma is very citrusy, in a tropical fruit sort of way. There are also notes of grains and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is well balanced between the malt and the bitter citrusy notes of the hops. Very easy drinking. |

828 | Coors Organic | United States | Light / Lite Lager | 2.4
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 473ml can
3.8% ABV
Canned On: March 9, 2020
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
May 28, 2020
$3.05
The beer pours a translucent straw gold colour with absolutely no head aside from a thin white ring which is hugging the glass. The aroma is grainy malt, bread, yeast, and some funk. Mouthfeel is weak to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grainy, but with a slight sour twist. There is a definite hop bite finish however. The funk in the aroma and the sourness in the taste are a little off-putting, but aside from that, it’s not as bad as a Coors product would be expected to be, |

Lacing is minimal down the glass. Aroma is wet grass, tropical fruits, and citrus. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is similar to the aroma, very fruity. The finish has almost no hop bite whatsoever. Very easy to drink. |

The aroma is fresh bread, earthy hops, and yeast. A clean aroma bill. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is well balanced between the bready malt flavours, and the light bitter hop finish. An enjoyable light lager. |

The aroma is dinner rolls, earthy hops, and a slight yeasty smell. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, slightly under carbonated. The flavour is grainy malt, a slight sweetness, and finishes with a mild bitter finish. A good beer. |

The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, and weak herbal hops. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is weak grains and a peppery finish. For a non-alcoholic beer, this is quite drinkable. |

833 | Sleeman Golden Festbier | Canada | Marzen / Oktoberfest | 3.9
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 473ml can
5.8% ABv
Bottled On: October 3, 2019
LCBO Outlet #568 (Toronto, Ontario, Canada – Atrium On Bay)
May 11, 2020
$8.95
The beer pours a translucent orange-gold with a huge frothy off-white head which takes a couple of minutes to disippate, and leaves good lacing. The aroma is grassy malt, noble hops, yeast, and a hint of caramel. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grassy, with light notes of caramel giving way to a bitter hoppy finish. This is a very good local Oktoberfest beer, and the finest Sleeman beer I’ve had. |

834 | Louis Cifer Coconut-Lemongrass Thai-PA | Canada | IPA | 2.6
Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4 473ml can
6.5% ABV
Canned On: January 13, 2020
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
April 30, 2020
$3.35
The beer pours a translucent golden red colour, with a decent sized bubbly light tan coloured head that lasts a maximum of two minutes. The first thing I smell is lemongrass followed by hints of coconut, wet grass, and light musty hop notes. The lemon grass almost gives it a shoe polish kind of nose. Not a good sign if you want me to drink your beer! The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The combination of the lemongrass and coconut give the flavour even more of a furniture / shoe polish note. They don’t meld together at all in this beer. |

835 | Muskoka Moonlight Kettle Series 2020 - 04: Late Bloomer | Canada | Kölsch | 3.7
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 473ml can
5.0% ABV
Best Before: July 19, 2020
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
April 29, 2020
$3.95
The beer pours a deep translucent ruby red with an uneven rocky film for a cap. The can says ‘Kolsch’ on it, but the aroma on this baby is very un-Kolsch like. A lot of tart berry notes and funky grains to be noticed. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with lively carbonation. The flavour leans more to the elderberries than the blueberries, but there is no tartness in the flavour. Finish is lightly bitter. Very good beer, but still wouldn’t be a favourite. |

836 | Prince Edward Island After Hours Series Raspberry Sour | Canada | Wild Ale | 3.1
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 473ml can
5.0% ABV
LCBO Outlet # 010 (Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Summerhill)
April 29, 2020
$3.70
Date code is unreadable and brewery never responded to my email. The beer pours a floatie-induced hazed light copper colour with a generous bubbly white head which is gone within seconds. The aroma is tart raspberries, some funky grains, and a weak note I’ve never smelled before, although it’s a pleasant one. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The tartness of the flavour doesn’t match the tartness of the aroma, but it is still there. Nothing offensive about this beer, but it doesn’t replace a good Flanders Red or Oud Bruin |

837 | Omnipollo Agamemnon | Sweden | Imperial Stout | 4.3
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 473ml can
11.50% ABV
Canned On: December 13, 2019
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
April 27, 2020
$5.95
The beer pours a dark black colour with a creamy brown head that lasts a while. The aroma is dominated by roasted malt, coffee, and maple. Closer analysis reveals notes of grass, vanilla, and dark chocolate as well. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, chalky, and with average carbonation. The flavour is similar to the aroma, roasted malt sweetened my maple, with a mildly bitter hop finish. |

838 | Lake Of Bays Red Sky At Night | Canada | Fruit Beer | 1.8

That is the best way to describe this radler. Quite a lot of effervescence leading to a thin white ring for a head. Aroma is earthy grains, tart fruit, and sugary milk. The mouthfeel is thin bodied, almost spritzy, with above average carbonation. The flavour is milky and fruity all at the same time. Not an enjoyable radler by any stretch. |

839 | Stonehooker Brewing Broad Reach Nor'Easter IPA | Canada | IPA | 3.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7 473ml can
5.4% ABV
Best Before: January 24, 2021
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
April 27, 2020
$3.55
The beer pours a hazy straw colour with an off-white cap that is both creamy and rocky. A little effervescence is going on. The aroma is grapefruit, grass, and pine notes. Maybe a little yeast too, but hard to detect. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is certainly fruit forward with grapefruit and tangerine flavours coming through in abundance. Cereal flavours are present as is a weakly bitter finish. Flavourful and easy to drink, but yet, probably not a favourite. |

The aroma is roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee….and lots of bourbon. The mouthfeel is full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is more bourbon than beer. Lots of burnt wood is present as well. |

The aroma is strong on the honey, and light on the earthy hops and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour has a furniture polish tinge too it, along with super sweet honey notes. This was a drainpour sorry to say. |

842 | Big Drop Brewing Dark | United Kingdom | Reduced Alcohol | 2.9

The aroma is roasted malt, coffee, and dark chocolate. So far, so good. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with below average carbonation. The flavour is cold coffee. So, while it looks good, and the taste certainly isn’t offensive, the lack of alcohol works against the flavour profile in less than appreciative way |

The aroma is grains, citrus, and yeast. I can't place the grains, but they aren't the wheat or barley listed on the bottle. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with below average carbonation. The flavour is very reminiscent of a weak iced tea. It isn't very beery at all. |

The aroma is tropical fruit, musty hops, and biscuit malt. It’s definitely juicy. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is equally fruity with the grains and bitterness very well hidden. This could become a favourite. |

The aroma is cereal malts, weak herbal hops, some yeasty notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is “woody”. The aroma is very grainy and yeasty with some hints of herbal hops. Nothing in the aroma screams “Belgian”. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. So, while the aroma doesn’t say Belgian, the flavour is reminiscent of a light Belgian tripel. A sweet malt start, followed by light Belgian spiciness, and the definite flavour of a Belgian yeast. It’s a pretty decent beer, but it is still missing that ‘something’ |
