751 | Danforth Brewery Viaduct IPA | Canada | IPA | 3.8
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 473ml can
6.00% ABV
Canned On: June 29, 2020
Real Canadian Superstore - Main/Thompson (Milton, Ontario, Canada)
November 30, 2020
$3.27
The beer pours a highly effervescent, and slightly hazed bronze colour with a creamy rocky quarter inch head which sticks around and laces well. The aroma is grassy malts, pine, grapefruity hops, light yeast, and caramel. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The grapefruit, pine, and caramel notes dominate the flavour and the finish is quite bitter. This is my kind of IPA. |

752 | Omnipollo Mimmi Mimosa | Sweden | Wild Ale | 3.2
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6 473ml can
7.00% ABV
Canned On: June 24, 2020
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
November 23, 2020
$4.50
The look and smell of the beer is that or orange juice as it’s a nice opaque orange colour with a very short-lived head, despite a heavy pour. Again, the aroma is all oranges with a hint of perfumey hops and yeast. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a lot of carbonation. The flavour is very much orange juice as well with hints of grass and hops. There is a belly warming alcohol presence in the sense you feel it, but don’t taste it. It smells and tastes good, but not what I want in a beer. |

756 | Alpine Lager | Canada | Pale Lager | 2.7
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 473ml can
5.0% ABV
LCBO Outlet #255 (Milton, Ontario, Canada – Main / Bronte)
June 18, 2015
$2.15
The beer pours a translucent pale gold colour with a snow white foamy cap and a little bit of effervescence. The lack of phenolic and metallic notes puts this above most Canadian pale lagers. |

763 | Alexander Keith's Hop Series: Cascade | Canada | American Pale Ale | 2.8
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 5 473ml can
5.5%
LCBO Outlet #255 (Milton, Ontario, Canada – Main / Bronte)
April 4, 2013
$2.55
The beer pours a golden-red colour with a very thin tan coloured ring for a cap. There is definitely the citrusy notes of the cascade hops, as well as some weak caramel notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour doesn’t live up to the aroma. Some weak hoppy grapefruit notes mixed in with the infamous dishsoap notes. Better than their flagship IPA, but still ’crafty’ as opposed to ’craft’ |

There was very little effervescence. The aroma was weak wheat malt, and some citrus (but that may have been the small chunk of orange affixed to the rim of the glass). The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with mild carbonation. The flavour was sweet wheat malt, some peppery spiciness, and finished with a mild bitterness. I tried the beer because it was the only thing in the restaurant I hadn’t tried. I may never try it again |
