Flavour is balanced between the sweet caramel malt notes, and the light citrus notes. Finish isn’t overly bitter. A very nice Canadian altbier. |

The flavour takes me by surprised as there is a somewhat tangy and sour note. Not something I associate with light lagers. |

No bitterness that I can discern in the finish. |

The flavour was tart with notes of fruits, vinegar, and wet grass. There was no hoppy bitterness in the finish. |

Not something I would drink regularly, fortunately it’s Flying Monkeys so it is probably a one-off. |

The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, with normal carbonation. The flavour is similar to the aroma, lots of fruit with pineapple and citrus. Not overly sweet. You feel the alcohol but don’t taste it. |

Not something I’ll put in regular rotation. |
