501 | Whitewater Brewing Blood Moon | Canada | Wild Ale | 2.6
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 April 29, 2020
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
473ml can
4.8% ABV
Canned On: March 16, 2020
$3.25
This beer pours a translucent golden orange colour with a huge bubbly cap that acts like a soft drink and is gone within minutes. Not even a film on top. The aroma is tart orange, sour grains, and weak musty hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavour is tart orange soda with a hint of alcohol. Drinkable for sure, but not very beer like. |

502 | Whitewater Brewing Class V | Canada | IPA | 3.9
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 April 23, 2018
Real Canadian Superstore #2810 (Milton, Ontario, Canada – 820 Main Street East)
473ml can
5.5% ABV
Canned On: September 12, 2017
$2.80
The beer pours a hazy copper colour, with a 1” creamy tan coloured head and plenty of effervescence. The aroma is caramel malt, citrus fruit, and pine. A throwback to the IPAs of a decade ago. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, and slightly above average carbonation. The flavour is very well balanced between the grains and caramel malt tones and the citrusy bitterness of the hops. I like this beer and wonder how good it would have been less than 7 months old. |

The aroma is biscuits, cereals, some citrus, some light fruit, and some herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, slightly creamy, with average carbonation. The flavour tilts towards the malt side of things with notes of bread and cereal, but there is a slight bitter note in the finish. |

504 | Whitewater Brewing Wild Bog Cranberry Sour | Canada | Wild Ale | 3.0
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 November 23, 2019
LCBO Outlet #010 (Toronto, Ontario, Canada – Summerhill)
473ml can
6.0% ABV
Canned On: September 24, 2019
$3.25
First off, I want to say that there are too many wild ale/sour ales/goses being made by Ontario brewers. It needs to stop! The beer pours a highly hazed pinkish-gold with a very short lived white head. The aroma is yeast, grass, and tart cranberries. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is primarily on the tart side with some weak grains. While the flavour is tart, it doesn’t scream cranberry to me. |

505 | Whitewater Brewing Peanut Butter and Raspberry Shake | Canada | Milk Stout | 3.5
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 March 11, 2022
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
473ml can
4.50%
Canned On: November 16, 2021
$3.95
The beer pours a solid coca-cola colour with a creamy light tan coloured head which lasts a while and leaves some good lacing down the glass. The aroma is peanut forward with grassy malts and coffee in the mix. I don’t get any raspberry whatsoever. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The raspberry does come through in the flavour, but is still very light and lost in the mix of chocolate and peanuts. Finish isn’t very bitter at all. |
