The aroma is tart berries, funky grains, light yeast, and vinegar. The mouthfeel is puckering, light to medium bodied, and highly carbonated. The flavour is very tart with hints of grains and fruit. Finish is quite sour without a lot of bitterness.

The aroma was roasted malt, coffee, and heavy on spices (ginger, clove and nutmeg). The mouthfeel was medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was sweet chocolate, spices, roasted malt, and a hint of coffee. I really enjoyed this beer.

The flavour is dominated by the tart cheery flavours which are mixed in with some sweet grassy notes, some yeast, and a tart finish.

There is definitely coffee in the aroma. Along with hints of citrus, herbal hops, and biscuit malt. The mouthfeel is medium to medium-full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is a battle between the coffee notes and the citrus notes, and they aren’t playing very well off of one another. In the background the biscuit malt is going about its’ business.

The flavour is grass, some light grapefruit notes, and a decent bitter finish. Nothing really to complain about with this beer, a solid effort by the Guelph boys!

Nice lacing down the glass. The aroma is light grass, citrus, some weak peppery spice, yeast, and earthy hops. The hoppy earthiness grows as the beer warms. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is multidimensional….the first thing you get is the grassy malts and the fruity citrus, and then you’re hit with the habanero pepper, and from that point on, all you can taste (and feel) is the pepper aspect of this beer.
