1826 | Post-Game Brewing Locker Room Lager | Canada | Pale Lager | 1.6
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 473ml can
4.2% Abv
Canned On: March 20, 2018
Main/Thompson LCBO Outlet (Milton, Ontario, Canada)
April 30, 2018
$2.35
The beer poured a very clear light gold colour with a very small white ring for a head. Only a month old and no head, not off to a good start. The aroma is very faint with hints of musty grains and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, very crisp, and above average carbonation. The flavour is non-existant. It tastes like highly carbonated water with a hint of grains, just a hint. It’s not ‘off flavours’ like most macro lagers, there just is no discernable flavour. Aside from the mouthfeel, there is nothing to make me think this is a beer. |

1828 | Prince Edward Island After Hours Series Raspberry Sour | Canada | Wild Ale | 3.1
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 473ml can
5.0% ABV
LCBO Outlet # 010 (Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Summerhill)
April 29, 2020
$3.70
Date code is unreadable and brewery never responded to my email. The beer pours a floatie-induced hazed light copper colour with a generous bubbly white head which is gone within seconds. The aroma is tart raspberries, some funky grains, and a weak note I’ve never smelled before, although it’s a pleasant one. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The tartness of the flavour doesn’t match the tartness of the aroma, but it is still there. Nothing offensive about this beer, but it doesn’t replace a good Flanders Red or Oud Bruin |

The beer pours a golden pink colour with a bubbly white head which quickly disappears into a lively white film. The aroma is pink grapefruit, light wheat notes, and grass. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is pink grapefruit juice with a hint of alcohol. Quite possibly the least beery radler I’ve ever had. |
