The beer poured a dark cocoa-cola brown with a thin tan head that lasted a few minutes. The aroma was Dark roasted malt, coffee, and anise. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt, coffee, and cocoa. A good beer, but not great.

The aroma was caramel malt, grain, and floral hops. The mouthfeel was thin to medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was a nice balance between the citrus bitterness of the hops and the slight sweetness of the malt.

The flavour was roasted malt, sweet fruit, and finishing with a slight sourness.

The beer poured a translucent reddish gold with a thin white creamy head. The aroma was grain, caramel, and wet hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was very refreshing with a good malt profile and a nice hop bite.

The flavour was plums and raisins, burnt sugar, and roasted malt notes. An excellent Canadian version of an Belgian Quadrupel

The flavour is very chocolatey with a nice backbone of roasted malt. Kind of one dimensional in flavour, but at the same time, that one dimension tastes great!

There is a thin ring surrounding a sporadic white film on tap standing in for the beer’s head. The aroma is grains, and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, some briny tartness, and some peppery spiciness before giving way to a light bitter hop finish. Interesting flavour. Better than most light lagers in my opinion.

The pours a coca-cola black with brown edges when held to the light and a minimal head. The aroma is heavy on pumpkin with other spices, citrusy hops, and grass notes in the mix. Mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with mild carbonation. Flavour was dominated by the yeast and the pumpkin with the grain in the background. Flavourful and refreshing, but not something I would session with.
