The lacing is decent . The aroma is cereal malts, tart fruits, and yeast. Not a lot of hop aroma here. The mouthfeel was light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grassy malt, tart fruit, and yeast. The beer describes itself as Strawberry Rhubarb but I detect neither in the aroma or the flavour and having made dozens of Strawberry Rhubarb pies over the years, I know strawberry rhubarb quite well.

The flavour is equally fruity with the grains and bitterness very well hidden. This could become a favourite.

Flavour is a nice melding of the coffee, roast and dark fruit flavours, with a mild bitterness in the finish. An excellent way to start the evening.

The flavour is much better than the aroma with light caramel notes, yeast, grassy malts and citrus. The finish is quite bitter.

The flavour is nicely balanced between the maltiness and the hoppiness. A decent lager from a brewery that specializes is saisons and wild ales.

The aroma is roasted malt, coffee, and dark chocolate. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is similar to the aroma. Solid stout, no surprises. Considering that the brewery specializes in wild ales, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the stout.
