Wow this is different, I popped the cap and got a nose full of apple aroma. Poured yellow and cloudy. The mouthfeel is light and smooth but not watery. The taste is wheat, apple and spice.

Pours out just the way I like them, pitch black with a massive foamy head. The aroma is not very heavy but I can smell the malt. The mouthfeel is smooth and thick. The taste is in your face roasted malt. This reminds me of a oatmeal stout.

Pours out a dark ice tea color with no head. The aroma is of yeast and malt. The mouthfeel is pretty solid. The taste is of honey,wheat , malt and figs. I have had a couple of the beers from this brewery and they are the best I've ever had from Canada. This sucker is full of spices !

Pours out just like at Belgium style should, cloudy and unfiltered. The aroma is fruity and of yeast. The mouthfeel is solid and the taste is of tons of wheat, yeast and malt almost like liquid desert.

This elixir poured out a beautiful dark copper ice tea brown. The aroma is of dates,figs sugar cane. The mouthfeel is total happiness. The flavor is of deep rich sweet malt, whiskey,honey , bourbon and yeast. This is good enough to pour on pancakes.however the high a very kicks you in the face. It's not very well hidden by the flavors.

Pours out red hued dark brown with a slight white head. The aroma is RASPBERRIES ! The mouthfeel is solid with just a playful note of sour. The taste is all raspberry and makes for a good palate cleanser for the next stout and cigar.

Pours out a deep dark chocolate brown with a tan head. The aroma is of heavy malt and alchol The mouthfeel is solid and not at all sweet. The taste is rich but not complex and full of malt satisfaction.

Pours at jet black with a slight tan head. I'm a salt water fisherman & the best way I can describe the smell of this beer. Is it smells like a chocolate bar in a bait shop. The mouthfeel is smooth with just a touch of salt. The taste is interesting with hints of chocolate and honestly like oysters.

Pours out so dark brown it's almost black. About the same color as the filing in a pecan pie. The aroma smell like sorghum molasses and raw cane sugar. The mouthfeel is bold and has a slight alcohol zing. The taste is smooth and complex with the taste of sweet malt,pecan, and slight chocolate. I like it and will buy again but next time share it because of rich sweet taste. This is the only beer that I have liked. That the vanilla is strongly pronounced in the beer.

Pours out a true copper color with a tan colored head that vanishes instantly. The aroma has a instant fruit smell. The mouthfeel is smooth and thick. The taste is of plum, figs,and sweet maple sryurp.

Pours out 100% black with zero head. In all fairness I'm going to rate this slowly because I let it set in the freezer for almost two hours. As it begins to warm up I can smell the complexity. The sucker poured out like a can of oil. The mouthfeel is very thick after 5 minutes of warming up. After 10 minutes the taste is not complex but it's very heavy. Just tons and tons of malt blended hops and bitter chocolate. Note to myself ,this bastard just gets better as it warms up don't ice down again.

This stout pours out 100% black. The aroma is mild and mostly just light hints of chocolate and just a wee hint of coffee. The mouthfeel is solid but not thick. The first two sips had a hint of hops but not bad. As it warmed up it begin to smooth out and taste like cream and coffee. It's not very complex which is shocking because it really hides the 60 IBU. Which is my thresh hold for hop content.

Pours out a extremely darl brown liquid with a massive foamy tan head. The aroma is of a great big pumpkin pie. The mouthfeel is really thick. The taste is outstanding. Full of spices and malt. Excellent pumpkin beer.

Pours out a extremely dark color almost back. The aroma is of alchol . The mouthfeel is thick. The flavor is is like drinking cold coffee. It's not bitter from hops but more of the coffee taste. I need to try again when I haven't drank so much. Okay starting out sobber now. This is at the thresh hold of to much hops with the blend. The taste is still fine and developes as it warms up.

Pours out almost a solid black color with no head. The aroma is just of deer roasted malt. The mouthfeel is thick like heavy weight oil. The taste is like a fresh pot of cold coffee. This is really like a creamy cold coffee.

Pours out extremely drak brown hues hues of red and a foamy tan head. The aroma is all chocolate with a note of vanilla. The mouthfeel is just average. The taste is without a doubt the best chocolate beer I've ever had. It's so smooth that in a blind taste test. I would have guessed this to be a milk stout.

Was just a little disappointed because for the cost the Founders imperial stout. The imperial stout way out classes it. However the taste was good but just a tad to sweet. How ever I'm not condemning it it was good.

Pours out very cloudy brown unfiltered and looks like old fashion apple cider. The aroma is powerful like fermented apples. The mouthfeel is about a 7.5 the taste is bittersweet. A very good barleywine.

Found this beer at a big discount so I thought I would give it a try. Boy howdy was I lucky. This pours out a dark gold color with a massive white head. It smells of yeast with hints of apples and pears. The mouthfeel is just shy of being thick. The taste is heavy yeast light notes of fruit and is a very good beer for being only 6.5. Abv. I would be happy to buy it again at regular price. At $1.75 a bottle I paid it's like I hit the lotto.

I'm always leery of anything labeled chocolate when it comes to beer. But this was very much a surprise. Good thick rich of in your face dark fudge taste that's just. Right on the edge of being to sweet. And it was better tasting when cold rather tha as it warmed up.
