pours a nice dark amber (unusual for Caribbean) with nice off white head. A nice aroma of bread and caramel arose from the glass. The flavor was malty, sweet, caramel, and is bready with an aftertaste that is malty with a finish that is refreshing and fairly smooth. If i could have only 1 beach beer this would be it.

pours a nice copper amber in color with a nice quickly disappearing head. The aroma is of honey and hops. The flavor is fruity and woody with hints of caramel and brown sugar. You can barely taste the high ABV but you can feel it's kick if you drink a few.

Pour a dark orange with a small off-white head with heavy amount of lacing. The aroma is of citrus hops and caramel malts. Aroma is fairly sweet. The taste is sweet with lots of caramel malts and brown sugar. Good amount of citrus and pine in the finish. The mouth feel is full bodied with medium carbonation. Very smooth creamy mouth feel.

Pours a murky red color. Off white head dissipates quickly. Wispy and spotty lacing. The aroma is of rich brown caramel, brown bread, raspberry scones, fruitcake, pinch of brown cocoa, juicy red berry and currant esters. Bourbon and wood are initially quiet, but become more prominent as the beer warms. The taste is of candy apple, brown bread, chewy caramel, toffee, brown cocoa. Earthy and herbal hops are stiff and bitter with a spicy and oily punch that clamps down a bit. They bring a nectarine/marmalade citrusy dimension too. Vinous fruitiness of cherries, currants, and red berries. Woody barrel flavors and bourbon punch through toward the back with a touch of spicy alcohol heat. Sweet candied finish with earthy bitter hops gripping harder. The mouthfeel is thick and chewy in body with a syrupy and viscous feel. Low carbonation. Spicy alcohol warmth and light to medium bodied.

pours a dark golden color with a small white head that fades quickly to lace. the aroma is barley and not much else. The taste is way over hopped for the style. the mouthfeel is full bodied and way to much Alcohol taste for me. You can taste every bit of the 10.7%

poured a dark amber color with medium beige head that didn't last long. The aroma fruit, roasted malts, and hops. The taste was fruit, hops, yeast and malts. The mouthfeel was light to medium bodied but very sweet.

pours a copper, almost ruby color with an insubstantial tan head and no lace. The aroma is a little sweet from what seems to be dark fruits. I get no hint of hops. Alcohol comes through, reminds me of a brandy. The malt is bigger as well, more toffee and bread-like. The taste starts out sweet with the bread malt and dark fruits mixing a little, but then the heat plays around on the back of the throat. The mouthfeel is watery and medium bodied. It's not balanced.

pours cloudy copper with medium sized tannish white head with nice lacing. the aroma has strong floral and citrus hops with some pine mixed in along with some brown sugar sweetness. The taste is very similar to the aroma. Toasty brown sugar and sweet caramel are dominant but not overshadowing of bitter hops. Hops provide some piney aspects, but mostly served just to add bitterness. The mouthfeel is full bodied and a sipper for sure. No trace of the alcohol.

Pours a beautiful deep orange with a small light tan head and has a good amount of sediment and leaves some nice lacing on the glass. The aroma is an earthy aroma from the hops up front and sweet malt along with honey. The tastes has a nice bitter flavor that is balanced with some sweetness and has some nice caramelized and honey like flavors to go with a nice hop bite. The mouthfeel is medium mouthfeel with little carbonation. Well balanced and tasty all the way through.

pours dark brown/black with about a small tan head. Head retention is decent, and there's a lot of lacing. Aroma is like roasted malt, piney hops, bittersweet chocolate, and some coffee. The taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some burnt/charred malt and a bit of spicy hops. Finishes bitter and roasty. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating with a good amount of carbonation.

Pours very dark brown, indeed almost black in color. Quick head. Just a little foam after a couple of sips. A bit creamy on the roasty malt end. With maybe some earthy hops added to the mix. Roasty malt and mild hop bitter bite upfront. The roast takes on a nice roasted coffee quality. But the palate lacks body and gets watery from the middle to the finish. Easy to drink and enjoy.

pours a golden copper color with slight whitehead, which fades quickly, but leaves a good film. The aroma is tangerine, grapefruit, really nice citrus notes. The taste is lots of citrus, tangerine but more grapefruit also some tropical fruit, very nice. The mouthfeel is medium body and carbonation.

Pretty clear with active carbonation with outstanding lacing and retention. but it is very faint and is slightly sweet, ever so slightly tropical. The taste is just a vague faint hops, delivering crisp malt, some tropical notes, and a light tropical bitterness that lingers a moment.

The aroma is musty pineapple, grapefruit, a bit of grainy straw, that yeasty dry flour-like bread aroma, a bit of herbal resin as well. The taste is musty resin, grapefruit, pineapple, a bit of tropical fruit, less of the grainy straw and bready flour. The mouthfeel is medium lighter body, good carbonation, balanced.
