I get grain, grass, and hints of spice. The taste is malty with a steeped grain flavor. There is enough bitterness to balance the flavor. The spices are very subtle. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with very nice carbonation.

The taste is candied lime and lightly-browned toast. Oxidized lime peel. Mineral finish. No bitter bite, but it isn't exactly sweet. The mouthful is Weirdly creamy, in a good way. Light carbonation. Crisp finish. Clean throughout. Medium bodied.
