The aroma is of medium lemon, light sour yeast aroma. The taste is of strong lemon, with moderate sourness coming in heavier on the tongue. Bit of a sharp bitter bite, especially on the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is thin with moderate carbonation. Complements the lemony flavor well.

pours a whitish, yellow color and is very hazy with small off white head that leaves a lacing. The aroma is of Belgian wheat and yeast, spices and orange. The orange is slightly bitter and slightly sweet. The taste is wheat and yeast up front, lots of spices, and strong orange. The orange starts off bitter from the peels and ends up sweet from the clementine with some surprising hop bitterness in the end. The mouth feel is a nice refreshing, light to medium bodied with ample carbonation.

pours a bit light on carbonation with a small head that fizzes out very quickly. The beer is standard hazy bright yellow. The aroma is of a mild coriander spice and some fruity yeasts but it has a bit of sour fruit funk which is interesting. The taste is actually quite good the sour note isn't fierce as expected like a squirt of fresh lemon. The spices are a bit timid and the actual yeast is fruity and inviting. The mouth feel is light to medium bodied easy to drink

It poured with a small white head that died down, leaving a large patch of bubbles in the center of the glass and a dense collar around the edge. The aroma is plums along with hints of orange peels. The taste is similar to the aroma, the taste has flavors of plums and orange peel along with notes of wheat and hints of spices. The mouthfeel is a bit shy of medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.

Pours a hazy straw color with moderate white head on top while the carbonation looks good as the head slowly falls. The aroma has some heavy earthy notes in the nose, citrus, clove, orange peel, wet grass, and banana all come to mind. The taste holds those same earthy notes. This is quite a dry beer, highlighting lemongrass, cedar, crisp apple, and wheat. The yeast gives it that banana clove kick, and the malts here highlight some excellent woody characteristics. The mouthfeel is one of the key components to this beer. Along with the excellent flavor, the mouthfeel is almost champagne like, feeling quite dry and effervescent on the tongue. It is quite refreshing and complex. Overall, another excellent beer from Rockmill Brewery.

The taste follows the aroma with an added bit of wheat grain and some floral/herbal/earthiness and has a subtle sourness to it. The finish is largely clean. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied.

Pours a pale yellow color with a really large white head that has pretty good retention and there is some decent lacing left on my glass. The aroma consists of yeast and wheat, very light coriander, spice and a little cloves. The taste is wheat and yeast really stand out. There are hints of banana and some spices also. A biscuit taste is very forward also. The banana that is somewhat muted at first stands out more as times passes. The mouthfeel is medium light and is very smooth and a tad bit creamy. The finish is very clean and crisp. It appears this beer is caught somewhere between a Witbier, an American Pale Wheat, and an American Blonde Ale, this beer makes for an easy drinking summer refresher and shouldn't offend even the lightest of beer drinkers.

The aroma reminds me of a good yeast roll with hits of citrus and coriander. The taste reflects the aroma, but pick up more prominent coriander, leaving a trace bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium while the carbonation is moderate but contributes to the overall mild dry finish.

The aromas that are dominanting things are coriander and lemons. A bit of wheat and spice. The taste is fairly tame and boring. A touch of spice and lemon and a bit of yeast. The mouthfeel is very light in body and carbonation was good.

The aroma is like summer with the light spicing, lemony citrus, herbal grassiness, maybe orangish and white pepper. The taste is wonderfully refreshing with lemon, herbal, and grassy. The mouthfeel is full with clean refreshing finish.

The taste follows the aroma with lots of peppery spice, yeast, and coriander. Citrus, orange peal, and husky wheat. Everything works together and is very nice. The mouthfeel is a medium body with high carbonation. Crisp and dry.

pours a cloudy peach color, towering head slowly dissipates to a healthy looking lace. The aroma is of citrus peel, coriander, grassy, peppery, nutty yeast, and fresh baked crackers. The taste is smooth, big crispness with a creamy backdrop. Lemon zest, peppercorn, coriander, dried grass, nutty grain, orange peel and a faint plummy alcohol show off its complexities. The mouthfeel is medium silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Very refreshing and another great hit from Rivertown.

Pours a cloudy gold with a fizzy, quickly dissipating white head that leaves virtually no lacing. The aroma is heavy on the orange peel and coriander, with aromas of wheat, minerals, and cream lingering in the background. It tastes as expected, with notes of orange peel and coriander in the foreground and notes of cream, wheat, vanilla, and minerals in the background. The finish is sweet and spicy with notes of wheat, cream, coriander, and orange peel underscored with a faint trace of clove. It has a very light dry body. Carbonation is firm. Very refreshing on a hot day.

One of their pub-exclusives, and I got lucky to stumble into it. pours just like a Witbier should which is light yellow and slightly turbid. Average head for the style and taste is above average. The one thing that really standsout is the addition of ginger which is faint and adds a different character to the beer. This was an excellent beer highly recommend trying if you make to the pub.

Pours a hazy pale gold with tons of lively carbonation, the head is huge, frothing white mass which stays intact to nearly the bottom of the glass, leaves behind a few blotches of lacing. The aroma is wheat malt and musty yeast with a dose of orange peel and coriander. The spices come out even more in the glass. The taste is a little bit of wheat malt mixed with slightly sour yeast and lemony hops. Orange peel and coriander spices round out the flavor profile. The mouthfeel is thin bodied and with plenty of carbonation.

pours a pale cloudy orange-gold color witha medium sized head that dissipated almost instantly. A very thin bubble lace that sticks around about as long as the head. The aroma is sweet smelling, lots of citrus and hints of coriander and lightly peppery and pleasant to the nose. The taste is creamy moderate body with a light crispness from the wheat. Sweetness hits up front that creeps into a light citrus and peppercorn flavor. Finishes with the lingering crispness of wheat, and just enough dryness to make your mouth water for another taste. No real hop flavor.
